Orders over £299: Free delivery to mainland UK addresses.

Orders under £299: £29.99 delivery charge.

Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland & Channel Islands: £29.99 surcharge on all orders (in addition to the standard delivery charge where applicable).

Most in-stock items are dispatched within 1–2 working days. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information.

Some items are made to order and may take 2–4 weeks. Lead times are shown on individual product pages where applicable.

We accept returns of unused, undamaged tiles in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. A return shipping charge may apply.

Damaged goods: If your tiles arrive damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a free replacement or refund.

Not sure which tile is right? Order up to 5 free samples and we'll deliver them to your door at no cost. Samples are typically dispatched within 1 working day.
